Urban Agriculture Garden

Urban Agriculture is the growing of plants in urban areas, like cities and suburbs. They often have fruit and vegetable plants, herbs, and medicinal plants.

When planting, make sure to mix slow release fertilizer in the soil, to have nutrient-rich soil. Vegetables and fruits require a lot of nitrogen in the soil, so we recommend fertilizing every 3-4 weeks with nitrogen-rich quick-release fertilizer.

We would suggest planting any variety of tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, celery, eggplant. Herbs, in general, work well for urban gardens; for example, lemon balm, sage, garlic chives, and basil.
